The last so many days…
a blur of unwanted thoughts.
a blur of endless scrolling.
a blur of kdramas filling every quiet moment.
Not fully chosen.
Just… happening.
And somewhere inside, a quiet discomfort:
This is not how I want to live.
“Do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewal of your mind.” -- Romans 12:2
Conformed… is what happens when we don’t decide.
Transformed… is what happens when we do.
I finally took stock and started again—and honestly, day one was easier than I expected.
The impact of concious changes
One simple boundary made a huge difference - Restricting mobile usage.
A quiet reclaiming of attention.
A space created for something better.
And then… prayer.
Not waiting to feel connected.
Not waiting for the “right mood.”
Just showing up.
choosing to give 100%.
“Draw near to God and he will draw near to you.” --James 4:8
Slowly, something shifted.
Prayer was no longer a moment.
It began to fill the day.
In between tasks.
In small pauses.
In quiet thoughts turned toward Him.
Not perfect.
But real.
Now, praying with everything.
Heart. Mind. Weakness. Desire.
And in that… a quiet awareness:
God is listening.
A Start of Something New
Sometimes, change is not complicated.
It is simply this:
Decide what you truly want.
And then… pursue it with sincerity.
Unconscious living repeats the past.
Conscious choosing creates something new.
Yes, it seems difficult at first.
To resist the easy pull.
To sit in silence.
To choose prayer over noise.
But once you decide… and stay…
grace meets you there.
“Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for God is at work in you.” --Philippians 2:12–13
He is already working.
But He waits for your yes.
Because if we do not choose… we repeat.
If we do not turn… we drift.
If we do not act… things remain the same.
Ask yourself
What do I want to change today?
And then… choose.
Even if it feels small.
Even if it feels hard.
Choose God— intentionally, wholeheartedly, daily.
And in that steady choosing… you will be transformed ✨
