There is no sacrifice we could ever make
that compares to God coming down and dying for us.
Love that gives everything.
And when I look at myself—
my capacity to love, to sacrifice—
it feels so small.
So limited.
But then I realized…
even in this smallness,
there is something real I can give.
Time and Attention.
In a world that pulls me in a thousand directions—
notifications, noise, endless scrolling—
to sit still with God
and give Him my full attention…
that is love.
Think about it.
When someone speaks to you
but keeps checking their phone—
half listening, half present—
you feel it.
And then…
when someone puts everything aside,
looks at you, listens fully—
you feel that too.
That difference?
That is love.
And that is what we can offer God.
Not perfection.
Not long prayers.
Just presence.
To choose Him… again and again…
when distraction is easier—
that is an offering.
A quiet one.
A hidden one.
A daily one.
“And you will seek me and find me; when you seek me with all your heart.” — Jeremiah 29:13
No need for perfect settings.
No need for the “right” moment.
In the commute.
In the boredom.
In between tasks.
Just begin.
“Jesus, I am confused… help me.”
“Jesus, I don’t feel anything… but I’m here.”
“Jesus, I’m afraid but I trust You.”
Stay there.
Return when you drift.
Pick up the Rosary.
Whisper His Name.
That’s it.
An offering.
A sacrifice.
A love that chooses Him back.
Give Him your whole heart.
